The Contractor (Portzen Construction) and Engineer (Veenstra and Kimm) will be requesting access to your basements to conduct a final check on potential impacts from construction, which starts again in the spring. They will primarily be looking at walls facing the road or any areas that project under the road.
This activity should take less than one hour and will take place starting January 31, 2022 and run through the end of February 2022.
