The Public Works Directors office announced today that road construction on the 2019 HMA Resurfacing Project is expected to start on the morning of 10/1/2019 on North Street between 4th Street and Central Avenue. The road will be receiving a new asphalt surface. The roadway will remain open throughout construction; however, motorists may be stopped by flaggers during the actual construction operation. Construction activity in this area is expected to last 3-4 weeks, depending on the weather.
