Application Submittal and Review
Please contact the Development Department prior to starting any work to see if a permit is required for the work that you are doing. Please allow adequate time for review and consideration by staff and / or the relevant board for all projects before your anticipated start date. Some approvals for various permits go to different boards or commissions for consideration, while others are approved by staff. In order to be considered by such boards or commissions, all information and relevant fees must be submitted to the Development Department in advance to allow for proper procedures, notification, and review.
