| Fellow Citizens, This tabloid is the first in what we hope will be a long running series to keep you updated and informed about what is going on in your city government. This will be a quarterly newsletter intended to provide information about events and activities taking place of which you otherwise may not be aware. It is a collaborative effort of various City departments and The Hawk Eye advertising department and is wholly funded by advertising with no expense to you, the taxpayer.
