The Burlington City Council met in special session at 4:30 p.m. in the City Manager’s office with Mayor Scott, Council Members Baker, Edwards, Kellogg and King present.
SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE ACKNOWLEDGED
RESOLUTION:
1. Resolution Approving the Final Plat of the 4th Addition to Westbrook Estates Subdivision
DISCUSSION: The City Manager stated that there were no changes to the final plat of the 4th Addition to Westbrook Estates Subdivision from the preliminary plat approval by the City Council on August 18, 2003. The City Planner stated that three lots have been sold and the developer is anxious for Council to approve the final plat. All present had opportunity to speak and nothing additional was filed in the office of the City Clerk.
(VOTE: 5 - “AYES”) ADOPTED
