The Burlington City Council met in special session at 4:30 p.m. in the City Manager's office with Mayor Scott, Council Members Baker, Edwards, Kellogg and King present.

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE ACKNOWLEDGED

RESOLUTION:

1. Resolution Awarding Contract for the 2002 Spiegel Street Sanitary Sewer Project

DISCUSSION: The Public Works Director stated that proposed Resolution awards the contract for the 2002 Spiegel Street Sanitary Sewer Project. He stated that the award of the contract was previously scheduled for the October 7, 2002 City Council meeting. He stated that the special meeting allows the contractor to commence work a week sooner. He further stated that the bid came in under budget. All present had opportunity to speak and nothing additional was filed in the office of the City Clerk.
