Special Meeting No. 2

March 11, 2002

The Burlington City Council met in special session at 6:00 p.m. with Mayor Scott, Council Members Baker, Edwards, Kellogg and King present.

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE ACKNOWLEDGED

RESOLUTIONS: Resolution Adopting Budget for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2003.

DISCUSSION: The City Manager stated that there were no changes to the budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2003 from the presentation at the public hearing. Mayor Scott and Council Member Kellogg complimented the City Manager, Deputy City Manager and staff for their work on the budget. All present had opportunity to speak and nothing additional was filed in the office of the City Clerk.

(VOTE: 5 - "AYES") ADOPTED
