Special Meeting No. 6

November 2, 2000

The Burlington City Council met in special session at 2:15 p.m. with Mayor Scott, Council Members Kellogg and Thomas present. Council Member Wehrle participated via electronic communications. Council Member Edwards was absent.

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE ACKNOWLEDGED

RESOLUTION:

1. Resolution Approving Liquor License for Los Rancheros, LLC dba/Los Rancheros, LLC.

DISCUSSION: The City Manager stated that the owners of Los Rancheros requested a special meeting to approve their liquor license. He stated that the concessionaire's agreement that they were using with River City Family Restaurant was not valid according to the Alcoholic Beverages Division. All present had opportunity to speak and nothing additional was filed in the office of the City Clerk.
