The US Highway 61 Development project site, locally known as the "Manor," is located on the southeast corner of US Hwy 61 (Roosevelt Avenue) and Agency Street, just south of US Hwy 34.  The site is currently owned by the City of Burlington and is a clear site, ready for development.  The City is seeking proposals from developers for purchase and development of this site into a high-quality, multi-tenant commercial site.  This is the most heavily traveled commercial corridor in the Southeast Iowa region.  Adjacent businesses include Walgreen's, Hy-Vee, Aldi, K-Mart, Shopko, among many others.  This property is approximately 28 acres in size and ready for immediate development.
