  • The City of Burlington and Des Moines County are jointly working on the completion of a recreational trail from the Port of Burlington through Starr's Cave Park and Preserve to Big Hollow.  This trail, the Flint River Recreation Trail, will be the longest multi-use trail in southeast Iowa.  More information on this project and other Vision Iowa projects can be found here.
