- List of Homes for Sale by the City of Burlington.  Complete a Bid on City-Owned Property form if interested in purchasing and rehabbing a home that is available.  
- DRAFT Historic District Registration Form - of downtown Manufacturing and Warehouse District has been submitted and is available for view and comment.  
- City-wide Bike Route - Map of City-wide bike route.  Includes Signed, On-Road route and Off-Road Bike Trail.
- Historic Survey Report of downtown "Warehouse District" has been completed and is available to view; with details on the properties surveyed.
- Habitat for Humanity of Burlington, Iowa - Information is now available.
- Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) - Information. Homes are renovated and rehabbed by the City and are for sale to income qualified individuals and families.  Contact Amber (ph. 753-8130) for more information.
US HWY 61 Development - Information on project site is available. The US Highway 61 Development property is approximately 28 acres in size and is to be developed as a new multi-tenant commercial property. This is a clear site, ready for purchase and immediate development.  Please contact the City for more information on this site.
Flint River Trail - The planned 20-mile recreational (bike and pedestrian) trail will travel from the Port of Burlington to Big Hollow.
