| - US HWY 61 Development - Information on project site is available. The US Highway 61 Development property is approximately 28 acres in size and is to be developed as a new multi-tenant commercial property. This is a clear site, ready for purchase and immediate development. Please contact the City for more information on this site. |
| - Grants that the City has been awarded, totaling over $1 million in 2009 for projects within the community. |
| - Flint River Trail - The planned 20-mile recreational (bike and pedestrian) trail will travel from the Port of Burlington to Big Hollow. |
