CHAPTER 33

SOUTHEAST IOWA REGIONAL
AIRPORT AUTHORITY

33.01 Creation of Authority

33.02 Agreement

33.01    CREATION OF AUTHORITY. The Council hereby authorizes the City to join in the creation of the Southeast Iowa Regional Airport Authority, pursuant to Chapters 330A and 28E of the Code of Iowa.

33.02    AGREEMENT. The Authority shall be a separate public entity and shall operate according to an Agreement entitled Agreement Creating Southeast Iowa Regional Airport Authority, approved, adopted and signed by the members of the Authority on March 18, 1996. A copy of the Agreement Creating Southeast Iowa Regional Airport Authority is on file in the Clerk’s office for public inspection.
