If you are contemplating developing a minor subdivision (3
or less new lots), a major subdivision, a right-of-way vacation request,
or new construction (excluding single structure residential
construction), your first stop should be contacting the Development
Review Coordinator. The Development Review Coordinator will distribute
your plans to all the necessary City departments and compile their
comments, returning them to you after two weeks. Click here for the
